Great Eats

If you find your way to the NE corner of Washington, try to catch the cranberry pot roast dinner on Sunday at the Tokeland hotel, the oldest operating resort hotel in the state. The locals book their holiday meals there years in advance so you are much more likely to get in on a non-holiday Sunday...also on first weekend in August, nearby Brady's Oysters (Chef Russell at the hotel uses these for his pan-fries) has an all-you-can-eat feed as a fundraiser for the recreation district that is the best deal ever for a serious oysterman (woman).
