The Strangest Thing I've Eaten Is...Iguana, Part II: The Eggs

While traveling in Guatemala, I spent several months around Lake Atitlan at the village of San Lucas Toliman. I had the opportunity to dine on huevos de iguana, which are eaten by popping the slightly cooked yolks out of the tough "whites" directly into ones mouth. They were memorable!
