The Strangest Thing I've Eaten Is...Iguana Soup

In Aruba there's a little place called Mi Cuchina which serves traditional Aruban food, as prepared by the proprietor's grandmother.

When I was there, the soup of the day was Iguana Soup.

Yep. It tasted like chicken.
