Things to do in Phoenix over Christmas

Your answer to the woman who called on Saturday December 5 asking about traveling to Phoenix over Christmas that she should go to Tucson and Sedona was equivalent to telling someone visiting New York to spend their days in Philadelphia.

Phoenix has many things to offer a visitor, from Native American Culture (Heard Museum, Pueblo Grande) to art (Phoenix Art Museum, ASU art museum, Scottsdale Galleries) to architecture (Arcosanti and Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Gammage Auditorium) to nature (Desert Botanical Gardens, three zoos, with the Phoenix Zoo displaying its December zoo lights). Not to mention the fact that you failed to inform/warn her that this holiday season Tempe will be hosting the college football national championship at the Fiesta Bowl. Throughout December the Fiesta Bowl committee puts on events such as the Fiesta Bowl parade and the Festival of Lights.

Perhaps, in repentance, you should do a show on the many interesting things for tourists in the Phoenix area.
