Watching your Manners

I love your show and listen often. Having traveled little, I believe I learn a great deal from you and your listeners.

HOWEVER, I heard your piece about the Concierge School twice this past week-end and it made me tense and irritable to hear you say (twice), "Manning a concierge desk." Rudy, Rudy. A number of the students you interviewed were female ... they don't "man" anything. How about staffing or another, more appropriate term?

Thank you for listening.

--Beth
