In light of the Masters being played in Augusta this weekend, we're talking with award-winning golf architect Michael Hurdzan about his favorite golf destinations. Michael discusses his philosophy behind designing his well-known courses, saying that the golf course is actually an environmentally driven reflection of cultural values. He then tells us the top three courses, globally, he loves to play on. In the U.S., he chose Cypress Point, on the Monterey Peninsula, near Pebble Beach. Outside the U.S. he mentions Bally Bunyon in Ireland and Kingston Heath, in Melbourne, Australia.
