Elliot Hester has been a flight attendant for 13 years. He has just written a down-and-dirty tell-all book about the unthinkable things that go on up in that confined space of an airplane cabin. The book, "Plane Insanity: A Flight Attendant's Tales of Sex, Rage, and Queasiness at 30,000 Feet," reveals just what a challenge it is to cope with the passengers from hell.
