After all these years, Elvis Presley's spirit still weighs on the American consciousness. This Tuesday, January 8, would have been The King's 67th birthday. So the place to be this week is Graceland in Memphis. (There's even a recording studio there where you can sing any Elvis song yourself. I have a pretty bad rendition of "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" to prove it.)

We sent our "bad-taste afficianado" Cash Peters to see if an outsider could make any sense of Elvismania.
