Recently, Diana and our Senior Editor, Celeste Wesson, took a trip to fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada, to see if one really can get away from it all in Sin City. Apparently, even the glitz and glamour of the strip can't obscure the fact that so far, as many as 15,000 full-time casino jobs have been cut in Las Vegas. In addition, the presence of stepped-up security at the airport made it difficult for travelers to forget what's REALLY going on in the world.

A reporter from the Las Vegas Review Journal, Dave Berns, joins us to tell us what Vegas is doing to attract people back to the gambling mecca of the world. Then, we ask one of tne of the nation's foremost experts on aviation safety if we really are safer flying now...and she says "no." Mary Schiavo is a former Inspector General for the US Department of Transportation.
