Spa Finders
An Interview with Sheryl Sciro

I always thought a week at a spa was the ultimate vacation. Nothing to do but relax and get healthy. Yoga in the morning, well-balanced meals and plenty of time to read those books stacking up in my living room. That's the way I envision a week at a spa. But doing nothing doesn't come cheaply. A week at a spa like The Greenhouse in Texas or La Costa in California can cost thousands of dollars. So I asked Cheryl Sciro, host of the "Spa Finders" radio program in New York City, if you have to be wealthy to get the benefits of a spa vacation.
