Architecture as a Travel Passion

Dear Rudy,

How do you maintain that vacation high? It's easy! You pick up some unique cooking tools and/or recipes while traveling -- like one of those little galette-batter pusher thingies from Brittany -- and when you get home, you start cooking for friends! While eating the fruits of your labor, you start planning your next trip.

In a few weeks, we leave for three weeks in Italy. Last night we scored an extra 10,000 frequent flier miles from our phone company -- another step closer to New Zealand's fruit and more great meals when we get back.

Wanna galette?

* Marcia
