Cruising
Dear Rudy:
I loved you feature on cruising. Although our family has not been on
Carnival, Royal Caribbean is our line of choice, just listening
brought back happy memories.
We took our first family cruise with daughter Pam (then 11) and son
Craig (then 9) in 1985. This Fall, we will be going on our 10th!
Needless to say, we enjoy the experience.
You asked about a favorite memory. Mine came as my son and I walked
down the gang plank, departing the Song of America after our first
cruise. Craig, then 9, looked up at me and said, "Dad, I think this
was the best week of my entire life." No wonder we have returned
again, and again.
