Stress in Travel

Just found your web site! Found the 'Stress in Travel' page interesting, and thought I would add my own stress-busters:

1. Don't neglect good nutrition on the road; in fact, increase whatever dose of vitamin C you take daily by at least 100mg. Even the best travel experiences add to the stress level, and C is a good stress buster.

2. Discount stores sell a bone-shaped pillow (one calls it a 'neck bone') filled with foam. It is a great way to replace the lumpy, hard, soft, or flat pillows in most hotels. It scrunches down to about the size of an orange for packing, and weighs next to nothing. Lots better than the kidney shaped pillows! :)

Thanks for what you do; I hear you.

Lou
