New Year's Travel Resolution
I made a resolution a year ago to celebrate the millennium with
my family in Punta Arenas, Chile. We're leaving on Dec 25,1999
and will return January 4, 2000. I have a short (less than 300
words) story entitled "MILLENNIUM DREAMS - THE CONTINUATION OF
POLARFLITE" which will give you a bit of background before I
call you.
In November 1994, I was co-pilot in a FAI sanctioned record
aviation attempt around the world - to fly over the 4 corners of
the earth in the shortest possible time. We finally had to
terminate the flight in Punta Arenas, Chile.
