Thanksgiving in East Berlin
East Berlin, in 1988, when it was still East
Berlin: I was an undergrad on an art history tour.
the hotel tried to serve us something familiar,
but substituted borscht soup for cranberries. It
wasn't the same, but I will always remember
Thanksgiving in Leipzig!
