Question of the Week

January 22, 2000

This Week: Friends on the Road

For better or worse, traveling always draws people together. We're crammed into the small spaces of trains, planes, busses and automobiles. Now, most people pray they won't get stuck with a seatmate -- but every once in a while you connect with someone, and make a friend for life. A while back we asked you to call in with the stories of the friends you made on the road.

Next Week: Road Music

We want to hear about the songs that remind you of time spent on the road. Does the Beatles' "I Am the Walrus" remind you of your college days, zipping through the streets of London on a scooter? Or maybe you recall a special friendship each time you hear Marlene Dietrich's version of "Falling In Love Again."

Send us an email or call 888-SAV-TRAV (888-728-8728) and tell us about your road song and why it means so much.
