Getting Away From the Crowds

This Labor Day Weekend I will be travelling to Lake Okoboji in northwest Iowa. Now that school is underway, the crowds have left and the lake will return to its serene beauty. The very first leaves on the trees lining the shores of this large, fresh water lake will be starting to turn. We'll get up in the early coolness to listen to the birds, take a slow cruise around the lake, and sit on the deck to watch the sun go down. If I fished, I'd sit out on the lake and throw out a line. If I golfed, I could do that too. But I'm up for doing NOTHING. This is the place to be for a no-stress vacation.
