Travel Fitness: Feel Better, Perform Better on the Road

I'm on a plane at least six times a month. Some months that number doubles and my travels may include a trip to the Savvy office in LA and days later a trip to Europe. In between, there's a trip to New York, a weekend jaunt to Cape Cod and a handful of business meetings who knows where. As much as I'd like to say I've gotten used to life on the road, the truth of the matter is I haven't. Travel isn't as glamorous as it seems-at at least not business travel. It's stressful and it leaves me wiped out. But I recently came across a book called Travel Fitness: Feel Better, Perform Better on the Road, written by Bill Tulin and Rebecca Johnson. In it I found some tips I'm going to put to the test the next time I head out. Bill and Rebecca joined Rudy to discuss travel stress and how to beat it.
